Are there any setup fees beyond the monthly price?
For most businesses, the listed monthly price covers ongoing bookkeeping and payroll work. If your records need catch-up cleanup or historical reconciliation, we'll quote that separately after reviewing your existing files.
Can I switch between packages later?
Yes. As your business grows or your payroll headcount changes, you can move up or down between our Starter, Standard, and Comprehensive plans. We simply adjust your invoice from the next billing cycle.
What is included in tax preparation under the Standard plan?
The Standard plan includes preparation and filing of your regular tax returns based on Egyptian tax regulations, along with supporting documentation review. Complex cases such as audits or disputes are quoted separately.
Do you offer a contract or is it month-to-month?
Our plans run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in required. Some clients choose an annual agreement for a small discount, but this is optional and discussed during onboarding.
How is payroll pricing calculated for larger teams?
The Standard plan covers up to 10 employees. If your team is larger, the Comprehensive plan covers unlimited staff, or we can quote a custom payroll add-on based on your exact headcount and pay frequency.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and cash payment for our accounting packages. Invoices are issued monthly, and we can discuss billing arrangements that suit your business cash flow during your first consultation.
